Positions: Skilled Labourers – Piling, Civil & Ground Engineering
Locations: Offices based on the Gold Coast QLD and Sydney NSW – travel across QLD and NSW required.
Employment Type: Casual to Perm placement
Rates: Hourly rate (first 8 hours) + overtime, travel, accommodation, LAFHA and mileage/fare allowances, with weekend work available
We’re after skilled labourers who want more than just a shovel and a wheelbarrow. Those who want real exposure to piling, concreting, drilling, grouting, steel fixing and civil works, on some of QLD and NSW’s toughest projects!.

The Role
You’ll be working alongside our specialist crews across piling, drilling, grouting, concreting, steel fixing, shotcreting and civil construction, no two days looking the same. You’ll be trained, mentored and given real opportunities to grow your skills in one of the most interesting corners of the construction industry
Some of the must-haves
- Willingness to travel and live away on site is a must!
- Core belief in safety at the workplace
- Drug and alcohol-free status
- Excellent temperament with a team player attitude
- Punctual attendance to site
- Construction Card
- Driver’s license with own transport
- Good health and physical fitness
Bonus points for
- Experience in the piling, anchoring, drilling, steel fixing, shotcreting and directional drilling
- Experience in civil construction
- Operating tickets for machinery such as forklift, telehandler, EWP’s, excavator and concrete pumps etc.
- Mechanical knowledge
- Certification to work at heights first aid etc
- Additional licences such as HR or HC
- Experience operating Grout Pumps, or an interest in learning their operations
- Experience in Steel Fixing, or an interest in learning
