Social
We build more than infrastructure, we strengthen communities by fostering collaboration, supporting local employment, and partnering with industry to create lasting, positive impact across every project.
Community Support
At PCA Ground Engineering, social responsibility is an integral part of how we do business. Our corporate focus is guided by two key areas of commitment: supporting people within our communities and protecting the environments those communities rely on.
Our people focused initiatives prioritise local employment, long-term industry relationships, and active participation in community and charitable programs. We proudly support a range of organisations that deliver tangible outcomes at both grassroots and national levels. As an example PCA have an ongoing partnership with TAC-Qld (Teenage Adventure Camps Queensland), an organistation that provides life-changing experiences for teenagers living with terminal or life-threatening illnesses such as leukaemia, muscular dystrophy, and cystic fibrosis. These programs offer young people the opportunity to participate in once-in-a-lifetime activities while forming strong peer connections, and they also provide meaningful respite for families.
In parallel, PCA recognises that healthy communities depend on healthy environments. As part of our commitment to country, community and culture, we actively support environmental stewardship initiatives, including Great Barrier Reef Legacy and the Forever Reef Project. These partnerships contribute to critical conservation efforts aimed at protecting one of the world’s most significant natural ecosystems for future generations.
At PCA Ground Engineering, we are committed to building strong foundations not only through our engineering outcomes, but through people, partnerships and environments that connect us all.
