PCA were the proud host sponsors of the ISM 14th International Workshop for Micropiles in August this year. This was the first time the ISM was held in Australia. The event was a huge success with over 100 local and international delegates attending.

The workshop also featured the 10th Lizzi Lecture, the 8th Lizzi Scholarship and the third World Cup of Micropiles – most innovative project in the world. Our very own Ben Brittain presented and received the 9th Lizzi Scholarship award which was a tremendous achievement. Unfortunately, PCA Ground Engineering, weren’t so lucky in defending our World Cup win from 2017 with a deserved win by Titan Polska taking the prestigious award back home to Poland.

The next ISM 15th International Workshop will take place in the United States of America in 2021 where PCA Ground Engineering will look to reclaim the World Cup and bring back to Australia!
