Nearly 20 years ago the then Mayor of Townsville announced a vision for Magnetic Island after consultation with the residents to build a series of walkways to be constructed linking the popular bays of this beautiful Island. Park Road, Noosa Heads provides the only vehicle and the main pedestrian access to the Little Cove area, Noosa National Park and associated beaches which is visited by 1 million tourists annually. PCA was heavily involved in the alternative design and construct solution, delivering the first hollow bar micropile A frame structure in Australia.
